Fitness Testing
Fitness Testing is a wonderful way to assess your current fitness levels, determine which areas need improvement, what goals need to be set for your wellness and to determine whether or not your current plan of exercise is effective or not. Fitness Testing should be performed at least every 3-6 months for maximum benefit. Attached, you will find a very comprehensive fitness test that I have created to address all of the specific areas of fitness.
