It was a good book but the plot was a little boring at parts and it took a while to get along.

This is a great book that I think people should read. It's about a young boy named Romeo and a young girl named Juliet and they both love each other. They aren't allowed to be around each other because their families hate each other. Shakespeare's writing is a little difficult to understand so I found another book that has an easier version of the writing to understand. There are also some parts that aren't really that appropriate so if your younger and you want to read it I would ask your parents if you can read it.

This book is about a girl in her Junior and Senior year choosing the path she wants to take as an adult. This book is perfect for slow reader but it's a bit long, besides that is was one of the best books I've ever read.

Sundae My Prince Will Come by Suzanne Nelson

Rocky road ahead!

Malie’s mom manages an ice cream parlor, but Malie’s real love is ballet. She dreams of landing the lead in an upcoming production of Cinderella and dancing onstage while her boyfriend, Ethan, cheers from the audience. But Malie’s mom is less than supportive.

Then cute new boy Alonzo arrives from Italy. His true love is ice cream—gelato, to be exact. Alonzo offers Malie a deal: If she lets him help out at the parlor, she can take dance lessons from his mom, a famed ballerina.

As Malie pirouettes between the parlor and the ballet studio, things start to spin out of control. Does she have feelings for Alonzo? What about Ethan? And if she doesn’t get a role in Cinderella, can she find her happily ever after?

I think the book was slow moving at some points but had great imagery and explained everything well.

This was a good story, but at some points of the story it got confusing. It didn't really make sense when the parts were switching back and forth.

This book was great for the dynamic character independent reading project because the character’s feelings change throughout the book a lot. One thing I didn’t like was that the book kind of ends on a cliff-hanger because it doesn’t tell you what happens next, but in the author’s comments section of the book, the author said that she wanted the reader to interpret the ending of the novel and that she wouldn’t write a sequel.
