Student review
It was interesting at the start but after it kinda went down, but I do recommend it.
Strange New World by Rachel Vincent
A conclusion to the story that began with Brave New Girl finds Dahlia 16 and Trigger 17 fleeing from the forces that destroyed her sister clones because of her rule-breaking only to be confronted by an identical who should not even exist, a teen media sensation who publicly plans her huge wedding, unaware of her secret origins.
Student review
This book is about Dahlia 16 and Waverly Whitmore, long-lost clones. They tell the story of their chaotic life and how they solve the problems that may occur. There are some slow parts, but there are more fast and exciting parts.
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
In a future North America, where the rulers of Panem maintain control through a televised survival competition pitting young people against one another, sixteen-year-old Katniss's skills are put to the test when she voluntarily takes her younger sister's place.

This book took a while to read, but it sucks you into reading it every second. In the beginning it can be a little slow though. There are some sad parts, love parts and death scenes but overall, is an amazing book. These events just help it get better. You have to read the books in order and you should definitely watch the movies after you read them. This is definitely one of my favorite books I have read.
“The Hunger Games” is an excellent book for people that like action. There is a small amount of romance as well if you're into that 🤢.
Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
By winning the Hunger Games, Katniss and Peeta have secured a life of safety and plenty for themselves and their families, but because they won by defying the rules, they unwittingly become the faces of an impending rebellion. |
Student reviews
This book is such a great book. It is the second book in the Hunger Games series so make sure you read the first one. It always makes you want to read more. It is about Katniss’s and Peeta’s victory tour and how the President hates them.He thinks they are trying to get people to overthrow him. He makes them go back into the Hunger Games again.
Although it is a long book, you want to keep reading every page. (Please Note: You must read “The Hunger Games first)
The Maze Runner by James Dashner

Student review
This book was very sci-fi which I thought made it really good. It had an interesting story line line too. But it was a little hard to follow.
The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials by James Dashner

Student review
This book is a very action packed and emotional story. If you like books with a lot of action, this book is for you. |
Son by Lois Lowry
Unlike the other Birthmothers in her utopian community, teenaged Claire forms an attachment to her baby, feeling a great loss when he is taken to the Nurturing Center to be adopted by a family unit.
Student review
It was the fourth book in the giver series but it was really more of a sequel to the giver and for anyone who wondered what happened to Jonas and Gabriel I definitely recommend this book.
